The Project
The Skyline, a unique high-rise structure designed by architect Bernard Khoury, is all about character and choice. Situated in the North Eastern sector of Beirut- Medawar, it offers a panoramic view on the majestic Sannine Mountains and the endless horizon of the Mediterranean.

Irregular belts of suspended elements with interchanging functions outline the periphery of the edifice and create a flexible zone for extension or retraction of internal spaces at the edges of all slabs.

Upon request these optional items can hold planters/swimming pools/jacuzzis/...

A covered car arrival, along the glazed entrance to the building, opens to a wide garden before reaching an underground parking of three levels. The residents benefit at the ground floor from a common leisure zone with lush greenery and recreational amenities.
